EverKeeps Studio – Custom Story Music Videos

By placing an order for a personalised story music video from EverKeeps Studio ("Producer", "we", "us"), you ("Client", "you") agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
The Video includes the package selected by the Client (3 minutes or 4–5 minutes) and the applicable media limits stated at the time of purchase.

Any requests beyond the purchased package may result in extra charges.
Production begins only after full payment and receipt of all required materials, including photos, videos, names, and personal story details.
Delays caused by late submission of materials, missing information, or delayed lyric approval may extend delivery timelines.
EverKeeps Studio is not liable for delays caused by incomplete submissions.
The Client confirms they have permission to submit all photos, videos, and personal information used in the Video.
Standard delivery time is 3–14 days depending on the selected package.

EverKeeps Studio is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues, client delays, third-party platforms, or circumstances beyond our control.
Full payment is required before production begins.
Once production has started, no refunds will be issued.
Partial refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of EverKeeps Studio if production has not yet started.
Chargebacks or payment disputes submitted after production has begun will be contested using submitted agreements and records.
All content produced, including lyrics, music, vocals, and video, remains the intellectual property of EverKeeps Studio.
The Client is granted a personal, non-commercial license to view, download, and share the Video privately.
Commercial use, resale, public broadcasting, advertising, or redistribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Each order includes one (1) revision for visual changes only.
No lyric changes are included.
Revision requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of receiving the draft.
Additional changes may incur extra fees.
The Client is responsible for providing accurate names, spellings, and personal details.
The Client must disclose any words, topics, or themes they wish to avoid.
EverKeeps Studio reserves the right to refuse content that is offensive, defamatory, illegal, hateful, or inappropriate.
EverKeeps Studio is not responsible for subjective dissatisfaction or personal taste preferences.
The Client acknowledges the artistic and AI-assisted nature of the production process and the inherent variability in creative outcomes.
Our liability is limited to correcting errors within the scope of included revisions.
We are not liable for emotional interpretation, personal expectations, or third-party reactions.
By submitting media and information, the Client confirms they have legal rights to use and share such content.
The Client agrees to comply with all applicable copyright, privacy, and data protection laws.
Any legal claims arising from submitted content are the sole responsibility of the Client.

By submitting an order through our website or order form, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
